Decades later, Royal Palms remains a respite offering relaxation and restoration for body and soul. A heated Jacuzzi hot tub, 24-hour access to the swimming pool and in room fitness options allow you to maintain fitness at your leisure. This gentle yoga flow class is designed to challenge the body and breath with fluidity. Move through sun salutations, explore your balance, and enjoy deep meditative stretches in the beautiful & private setting our Alegria Garden.
